Apple Taken To Court Over iOS 8 Storage Space

Apple gets taken to court for various reasons, most notably from Samsung or other major tech companies for either patents or a feature they think Apple copied. Well today we have a new kind of class-action lawsuit aimed at Apple. It’s regarding the iOS 8 storage space.
Apple has been taken to court over false claims by Apple that it offers the complete storage space which is advertised. The class-action lawsuit mentions that iOS 8 takes up to 23.1 percent storage space on both the iPhone 5s and the iPod, deceiving users on the correct information regarding how much space is available.
This as you can imagine is a concern for many users and the reason why Apple is facing the class-action lawsuit.

The case was filled in a San Francisco Bay federal court on Tuesday and it will be sometime before we get to see any result. So let’s see what Apple has to reply to such a statement.
Personally, I think this class-action lawsuit would go no where. It is just best for Apple to decrease the storage taken by iOS or to increase the base storage model.
